It's officially Autumn here in the UK and whilst the weather outside seems to be getting colder, the development team have been keeping the heat and working hard to bring you another round of enhancements and bug fixes. We have really been focusing on speed upgrades and quality-of-life improvements, as well as a bunch of new PSA integrations being made available which you, the users, have requested!
Our latest release on September 24th focuses on enhancements and bug fixes to really elevate RoboShadow in terms of user experience, speed and performance. In total we have closed another 90 tickets! We are also excited to announce 2 new PSAs that have joined the party, read on to find out more.
The below graph lists out the tickets closed this month, as you can see once again the External Scanner received the most amount of bug fixes, followed shortly by the AV Report and CVE Management. Since our HUGE CVE update we released last week, we have made further tweaks to ensure continued accuracy of CVE reporting. You can find the full list of tickets here.
As a reminder in the last update we focused on user-generated bug fixes:

As part of this release, we’ve added two new PSA (Professional Services Automation) integrations: N-Able and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. This means that we now have integrations available for 11 PSA systems! We are adding more at user's requests so if there is a system you use that we haven't integrated do reach out to us at hello@roboshadow.com
Our total list of integrations is now:
Two significant features have been introduced to existing PSA integrations:
We’ve made further improvements to Cyber Heal, which is now more effective at remediating vulnerabilities. Its strike rate has increased by 10%, meaning that the tool is now even more reliable when it comes to addressing and resolving vulnerabilities in your environment.
We’ve made several improvements to our database infrastructure, resulting in noticeable speed increases across the platform. Users should experience faster load times and overall improved performance, especially during high-demand periods. These updates are designed to ensure smoother operation and quicker response times when navigating the system, creating tickets, or running reports.
The password reset system has been redesigned to make the process simpler and more user-friendly. This update aims to reduce friction in resetting passwords, helping users regain access more quickly and easily.
We are working on a HUGE release that should be coming in the next few weeks, which includes a long-anticipated and exciting new feature! I'll keep quiet for now but I just know the user community is going to love it...
