New PSA Integrations: N-Able and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

NABL_BIG.D-bea9131f           manageengine_logo_white

As part of this release, we’ve added two new PSA (Professional Services Automation) integrations: N-Able and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. This means that we now have integrations available for 11 PSA systems! We are adding more at user's requests so if there is a system you use that we haven't integrated do reach out to us at hello@roboshadow.com

Our total list of integrations is now:

  • JIRA
  • SuperOps
  • AutoTask
  • SYNCRO
  • HALO
  • N-Able
  • FreshService
  • Atera
  • ManageEngine's ServiceDeskPlus
  • Zendesk
  • ServiceNow

Enhancements to Existing PSA Integrations

Two significant features have been introduced to existing PSA integrations:

  • Minimum Vulnerability Score for Ticket Creation
A new option has been added to set a minimum vulnerability score when generating tickets. This feature applies across all PSA integrations and helps ensure that only higher-priority issues are flagged, allowing users to control which tickets require immediate attention based on vulnerability severity.

  • MSP Configuration on a Per-Organization Basis (Beta)
For some PSAs, a new (currently in Beta) option allows MSP configurations to be set on a per-organization level. This enhancement is tied to tenancy systems, providing more flexibility for managed service providers to tailor settings and configurations to individual client needs. The PSAs that have this feature are: Jira, SuperOps, AutoTask, SYNCRO, HALO and N-Able. The rest will hopefully be updated soon!

Cyber Heal Upgrade

We’ve made further improvements to Cyber Heal, which is now more effective at remediating vulnerabilities. Its strike rate has increased by 10%, meaning that the tool is now even more reliable when it comes to addressing and resolving vulnerabilities in your environment.

Platform Performance Improvements

We’ve made several improvements to our database infrastructure, resulting in noticeable speed increases across the platform. Users should experience faster load times and overall improved performance, especially during high-demand periods. These updates are designed to ensure smoother operation and quicker response times when navigating the system, creating tickets, or running reports.

Updated Password Reset System

The password reset system has been redesigned to make the process simpler and more user-friendly. This update aims to reduce friction in resetting passwords, helping users regain access more quickly and easily.

What’s Next?

We are working on a HUGE release that should be coming in the next few weeks, which includes a long-anticipated and exciting new feature! I'll keep quiet for now but I just know the user community is going to love it...

Thank you for your ongoing support and feedback, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@roboshadow.com
