End of July Update: New Agent, Speed Upgrades and Bug Fixes!

I'm excited to share with you our end of July update!

The big news is that we have finally released the new agent version out into the wild, and it has fixed pretty much every data update / refresh bug known in the platform! We have also completely removed Winget and Cyber Heal has become 40% more accurate already (even on the limited training data we have)!

In terms of bug fixes, there are too many to mention as you can see from the CSV file below, but having 160 items complete in just 2 weeks has had a massive effect on the platform and we are already getting a lot of great feedback on the changes. 

✨ Feature Highlights ✨

• New Agent Released: The new agent has now populated most of the world, and the latest version of the agent is now 4.16.123 This fixes a whole host of data updating issues and also makes Cyber Heal super slick to use!
• Winget Decommission: Cyber Heal is now working entirely on our own tech with an initial 40% uptick in accuracy and results
• Speed Upgrades: These have been executed across the whole platform (but mainly Lan Scanner and External Scanner)
• PSA Integration: Along with addition of Syncro, Halo and AutoTask we now have added the option to choose whether the tickets auto close or not.
