October absolutely flew past, and the development team have kept the pace going - tackling over 130 tickets across Releases 171 and 172! We have doubled down on user feedback and performance tuning to ensure the platform delivers even greater accuracy, functionality, and interoperability.
With the release of a new PSA integration for ConnectWise, we’re making it easier for users to manage security within established workflows. Additionally, refined AV reporting now provides more precise third-party data visibility, a critical requirement in today’s multi-tool environments.
We are still begging users to complete our end of year survey, so if you have a spare few minutes, please click here.
Release Summary
ConnectWise Integration:
MSP configurations are Global:
- ALL PSA Integrations now benefit from MSP configurations which can now set on a per-organization level. This enhancement is tied to tenancy systems, providing more flexibility for managed service providers to tailor settings and configurations to individual client needs.
Enhanced AV Reporting:
- Additional tuning has been applied to AV reports, ensuring that third-party AV data is displayed with greater accuracy. Please do let us know if you see any further issues with this, as we are confident this is now much more stable.
Bug Fixes for Key Features:
- Significant bug fixes were implemented across the Cyber Heal, External Scanner, and Ultimate Report modules. Many of these improvements were driven by user feedback, and have fixed a lot of common bugs. Do keep reporting these to us at hello@roboshadow.com
The below graph lists out the tickets closed this month, with the biggest benefactor by far being the External Scanner. You can find the full list of tickets here.
What was in the last update?
Just as a reminder in the last update we focused on
- The Anti-Virus Report received a HEAP of updates, and now has improved 3rd party accuracy and other quality-of-life fixes.
- Cyber Heal is being continuously refined and improved, and received another bunch of bug fixes to improve experience.
- Ultimate Report: Several important bug fixes were made to improve user experience and functionality.
- Continued development on the MAC Agent was still underway. We have been investing time into making stability improvements and bug fixes, as well as working on deployment options in the background.
- Bug fixes across the board. A majority of the tickets closed this week were bug fixes, reported by our QA team and reported by the user community
